F1 25 Adds Dual Driver Feature to My Team Mode
EA Sports and Codemasters are taking My Team to the next level in F1 25. The new “My Team 2.0” system lets players manage not just one, but two drivers — adding deeper layers of interaction, strategy, and progression.
You’ll earn experience based on driver performance, build chemistry, and grow your reputation through a new Fan Rating system. Managing relationships, training your drivers, and balancing public image are now just as important as race day results.
This is no longer just a racing game — it’s a full team management experience. With an upgraded Team HQ, enhanced R&D mechanics, and sponsor relationships that evolve over time, F1 25 brings you closer to the behind-the-scenes world of Formula 1.
Even AI-controlled teams can now recruit Driver Icons, and the game introduces content from Konnersport (Braking Point) and the upcoming Brad Pitt F1 film — though some features will be exclusive to the Iconic Edition.
F1 25 launches on May 30, 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Iconic Edition buyers get early access on May 27.
